Hello! I’m Susan Running, a passionate believer in the power of tapping into our own personal power to heal and grow.

"You have everything inside of you that you will ever need."

I heard this quote years ago, and it has truly guided my personal and professional life ever since.

After 35 fulfilling years as a school counselor, I now follow my passion to lovingly help others uncover their "inner everything" and provide support as they tap into their own deep inner wisdom of body, mind, and spirit.

I offer services as a Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor, and certified Menopause Coaching Specialist. 

My Reiki appointments are held at Wellspring Center for Health & Healing in historic downtown Columbus, WI. Wellspring is a non-profit with the aim of making wellness accessible to all, so the rates are very reasonable.

An Introductory Reiki session is $50 for 45 minutes; follow-up appointments are $60 each, or a 3-visit pass is available for $150.

In addition to the excellent Reiki Master training I received from Heather, I have had further education to incorporate sound healing and essential oils into my Reiki sessions.

Wellspring is also where you will find me instructing several yoga classes per week.

In addition to the more typical "flow" classes, I guide a Yin & Yoga Nidra class each Tuesday evening -- a client favorite and easily the most restorative hour of anyone's week!

Another favorite is my monthly Aroma Yin class, held on the 4th or last Sunday of each month (depending upon holidays). Reiki is incorporated into all of my Yin sessions.

I also offer private yoga instruction to individuals or groups -- bachelorette parties have been especially fun!

I offer my Menopause Coaching services individually and in groups, as well as in seminar offerings at local wellness spaces.
