Day 2 brings us to our own center & stillness as we explore a Body Scan Meditation.
Day 3 assists us to recognize the very important piece of Self-Love in Heightening our Spiritual Connection.
Day 4 recognizes the importance of Raising Our Vibration in order to increase our Spiritual communication.
Day 5 furthers Heightens our Spiritual Connection as we utilize the Spiritual Senses, which are also known as "Clairs."
